Sassy Wild Boar Pork Loin
Coat pork loin with our rub and place on skewer; cook on rotisserie for 1 hour at about 375 degrees. Remove and let cool for a about 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
Sassy Shrimp 'n Steak
Lightly rub shrimp and steak with your favorite Wild Boar Rub. The shrimp and steak will require different cooking times to achieve optimum flavor and caramelized deliciousness. Serve with our Sassy Summer Salad and a baked sweet potato.
Sassy Summer Salad
2 teaspoons, Wild Boar Red Pepper Seasoning1 cup Red Wine Vinegar1/4 cup Olive OilGrape Tomatoes, halvedRed Onion, choppedCucumbers, slicedFeta Cheese Crumbles
Combine veggies in a bowl. Mix Sassy Seasoning with vinegar and olive oil. Shake well. Drizzle over veggies and toss to coat. Top with feta cheese crumbles.
