Alaskan Series®freezes at 32°F, efficiently keeping food and drinks cold without the risk of freezing. The active ingredients are non-toxic and housed in a rugged container designed to provide maximum surface area to increase the efficiency at which they cool. In several tests, Alaskan Series®panels have maintained food-safe temperatures for hours, even days without the risk of freezing. When finished using, simply store in freezer until needed again. Freeze the Alaskan Series®panels in any freezer 6-8 hours prior to use. Alaskan Series®panels can also be used in combination with ice to extend the life of ice up to 50%. Alaskan Series®panels are even top-rack dishwasher safe, making them reusable for years!
Tundraice packs are designed to maintain a “freezer-like” temperature in coolers. Tundra Series™ has the ability to keep frozen items frozen for extended periods of time. These innovative panels are filled with a unique, high-performance phase change material that has a freezing point of 5°F (-15°C). This unique material absorbs heat instead of the frozen items in a cooler with higher melting points and therefore keeps the frozen items frozen. Simply freeze Tundra Series® packs at a temperature below 0°F (turn freezer temperature down to lowest temperature if needed) for 24-36 hours or until solid. Working times will vary depending on cooler type and outside temperatures. Store Tundra Series® in the freezer for instant access when needed.
