Compatible with wide or narrow forends or M1913/M-LOK adapters using the Uncle Mikes pattern QD sling studs. The MOE Bipod is the latest and lightest bipod in the Magpul Bipod line. At 8oz, it weighs almost 40% less than some of our existing bipods, while still providing a dependable, stable platform to shoot from. Designed to mount to the popular Uncle Mike's Sling Swivel Stud, Magpul utilized the latest technology in injection molding to offer a bipod with a significant reduction in weight that retains the functionality, strength, and value found in our other bipods. Attaching and detaching the MOE bipod is quick and easy with its rapid-attach sling stud mounting system. The self-locating, stainless-steel clasps ensure perfect alignment when mounting, and the large ergonomic thumbwheel allows for a strong grip and easy tightening. The legs stow neatly forward and deploy without buttons or levers, snapping down and locking into position. The legs extend from 7" to 10" and slide and lock securely with the push of a button on 7" spaced, locking detents.
The Magpul bipod for 1913 Picatinny rail is constructed of Mil-spec hard anodized 6061 T-6 aluminum, stainless steel internals and injection-molded reinforced polymer. Deploying and adjusting it is quick and easy. Spring-tensioned legs stow neatly forward and snap down and lock into place with one hand. The legs extend a full four inches, from 6.3" to 10.3". It can tilt up to 50 degrees and pan up to 40 degrees. Additionally, the Magpul Bipod has the exclusive ability to lock pan at 0 degrees while maintaining full tilt functionality. A soft rubber bipod locking knob cap is attached to the locking knob gives users a steady, non-marring forward rest while the bipod is folded. Should users choose to change feet, the Magpul Bipods legs accept most Atlas pattern bipod replaceable feet, except for the Atlas 5-H style.
